Itinerary

Day 1Arrive in Beijing

Arriving at Beijing proceed to check in at your accommodation.

Spend the day at your leisure or enjoying the local cuisine or going out on a wild shopping spree.

Day 2Tienanmen Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace

Post breakfast visit to the largest city plaza in the world Tiananmen Square, which is famous for Chairmen Mao’s announcement of establishment of the peoples republic of China” then we take a trip to the Majestic Forbidden City of China- famous for being the worlds largest Imperial Palace and home to 24 of China’s Emperors.

After lunch, we will visit the Summer Palace a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a collection of enchanting lakes, gardens and palaces. After that, we will take a rickshaw ride through the Hutongs in Shichahai Area. It is a spot where most local residents still live in traditional courtyard-style houses dotted along old Hutongs. You can eat authentic home cooked Chinese meal and learn about Beijing folk arts. Next, you will visit the 798 Art Zone famous for its contemporary art galleries.

Day 3Great Wall Of China And Ming Tomb

After Breakfast take a journey to witness the Great wall Of China – one of the seven wonders of the world and then take a hike through it to reach the Mutianyu famous for its scenic landscapes.

We will continue our trip to Ding Tomb famous for its geometric designs and underground palaces made for a 13th-century emperor for the Ming Dynasty. Next, we will visit the Temple of Heaven, which was where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties used to worship the Gods in Heaven. In the evening we will catch the Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theatre. Its a show depicting the traditional martial arts and other art forms of China.

Day 4Mesmerizing Xi'an

Arrive in Xian to see the Terracotta Warriors And Horses -a man-made wonder made by China’s Emperor Qin Shihuang to protect himself in his afterlife. It a 200 years old archaeological site containing 8000 life-size warriors, horses and chariots.

After lunch, we will take a walk to the Ancient City Wall. The Ancient City wall provides a serene view of the whole Xian city.

Day 5Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Shaanxi History Museum

After breakfast, we head Da Cien Temple built by an accomplished monk Xuazang of the Tang Dynasty. However, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is the main attraction built during the reign of Emperor Gaozong of Tang Dynasty which is a five stories Pagoda used for holding and having Intricate engravings, statues of Buddha by artist Yan Liben.

Next is the trip to Shaanxi History Museum housing murals, paintings, pottery from Chinese ancient Heritage.

Day 7Elegant Shanghai

Post breakfast we will start our tour by visiting the Shangai museum known for its ancient paintings, sculptures, and calligraphies. It also hosts a number of ancient pottery pieces made of bronze and ceramics. Next, take a trip to the YU Garden –a beautiful scenic park.

After lunch, take a journey through the former French concession to know about Shanghai’s colonial history. After that take a tour on a cruise through the Huangpu River while enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Post breakfast, proceed to the airport or railway station for the departure home.
