Standing proud at the height of 6,638 m (21,778 ft), the highest peak in the Kailash Range, Mount Kailash is the most sacred and the holiest site for not just Hinduism but for Jainism, Buddhism and Bon. Said to be the abode of Lord Shiva who resides here with his wife, the Goddess Parvati and his two sons, Lord Ganesha and Lord Kartikeya, it is believed that circumambulating Mount Kailash on foot is a holy ritual that will bring good fortune. It is located in the Himalayan mountain ranges of the remote southwestern corner of Tibet and is the source of four major rivers of Asia: the Brahmaputra, the Sutlej, the Ganga and the Indus.

An early morning drive will take us to the infamous Lake Mansarovar. Upon arriving, we will visit the Lake where you can sit by and meditate as well as pray in the peaceful and picturesque surroundings.

After a quick breakfast, you will be transferred to Darchen.
Check in at the hotel.
Rest of the day can be spent on exploration, meditation and praying.

Our drive will take us to Yamadwar and trek to Derapuk.

After breakfast, we will be driving back to Saga and check in at the hotel.

You are free to explore Kathmandu if you feel like it.
