Itinerary

Day 1 ARRIVAL AT HANOI (D) - 28th Mar

Fly from your respective city to arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi.
Upon arrival ,you will be warmly welcomed by our representative to the beautiful city of Hanoi, an eclectic mixture of the present world that encompasses its history like a proud badge of honor.
From the airport, you will be taken to your hotel where you can relax within the modern luxuries. (Hotel check in after 14:00). Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2 FULL DAY CITY - NIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI (B/L/D) - 29th Mar

After breakfast at hotel, you will start the day with visit to the Temple of Literature. Built in 1076, the Temple of Literature was Vietnam’s first university and was established to educate Vietnam’s royalty, mandarins and members of the elite. The university functioned for an incredible 700 years. It’s gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a fascinating glimpse into Vietnam’s past.
Next, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049. This structure is one of Vietnam’s smallest but most iconic temples. Close by is the Mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh (view from outside), and the Former President’s House on stilts where he lived from 1958 to 1969. His former home illustrates the modesty of this Vietnamese revolutionary
Lunch at Indian restaurant.
Afternoon you will visit the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Hoan Kiem Lake was already considered the most beautiful lake in Hanoi when Ngoc Son Temple was built on an island in the 19th century. Initially, the temple was called Ngoc Son Pagoda and was later renamed Ngoc Son Temple, since temples are dedicated to saints.
Saint Van Suong, considered to be one of the brightest stars in Vietnam’s literary and intellectual circles, was worshipped there along with other National heroes.
Afterwards enjoy a leisurely one-hour cyclo tour through the streets of this fascinating city, you will come face to face with the daily lives and activities of Hanoi’s streets as you pass through the congested, but delightful, Old Quarter. Ride pass the fascinating streets, which still bear the names of the shops that could be found in them in the 15th to 18th centuries
Continue the tour to explore the famous Dong Xuan Market, where you can purchase souvenirs for your beloved ones.
Dinner will be served at Indian restaurant. Around 20:00 hrs you will be transferred to Hanoi Railway Station.
Overnight train trip to Lao Cai in superior 4-berth compartments sharing with other passengers. Train departs at approximately 21:50 hrs.

Day 3 LAO CAI - SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE (B/L/D) - 30th Mar

Early morning (approximately 06:30 hrs) arrival at Lao Cai, the border town to Yunnan, China.
The journey starts with a 38 km drive on winding roads up the mountains to Sapa, located approx. 1,500 m above sea level. On clear days you can see the highest mountain of Vietnam, the Fansipan.
After breakfast at a local restaurant, drive from Sapa town down to enjoy a morning walking tour of Sapa for a visit to the market. It is here that the Red Dao, Black H’Mong, Tay and other ethnic minority people converge from the surrounding countryside to sell their silverware and handicrafts, and to buy provisions.
Afterwards, take a short drive to Cat Cat village of the Hmong people.There you would do a light trek around the area for a rare glimpse into the culture and customs of the Homng people. Return to Sapa town for lunch. Take rest. Evening is free for your own activities (Chat, play games, sing songs). Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
Overnight in Sapa.

Day 4SAPA - BAN KHOANG - TA GIANG PHINH (B/L/D) - 31st Mar

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be driven to BanKhoang Valley via 30-minute winding road. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Hoang Lien Mountain Range along the way.
The first stop is at Lu Khau Village in Ban Khoang Valley. The Lu Khau Village is home to BlueHmong and Red Dao minorities. Explore the village on foot, meet the friendly local people and learn about their colorful culture and lifestyle in the countryside.
Depart from Ban Khoang Valley for a 8-km road transfer to Ta Giang Phinh Valley and enjoy a local lunch there. This afternoon, take a leisurely walk through the charming Ta Giang Phinh Valley.
Walk on the village path which winds down the impressive valley, home to Blue Hmong ethnic minority people. Visit local houses to see some handicrafts workshops and observe villagers working in the fields tending their crops with buffalos.
Mid-late afternoon transfer back to Sapa town. The remainding day is at leisure.
Dinner will be at a local restaurant. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 5SAPA - MA TRA - TA PHIN - LAO CAI - NIGHT TRAIN TO HANOI (B/L/D) - 1st Apr

Enjoy a full day of trekking. Visit Suoi Ho village with tea plantations and cardamom gardens. Follow the buffalo trails to visit the hospitable villages of the Black Hmong minority people in Ma Tra. After passing a school and scenic views en route, a picnic lunch will be served.
After lunch, continue trekking to Ta Phin village where you will meet Red Dao people who are famous for their weaving skills. Proceed to the meeting point and transfer back to Sapa.
After a short rest (time permitting), transfer to Lao Cai railway Station where you will board the overnight train to Hanoi at around 20:15 hrs
(shared sleeping compartments, sharing with other passengers in 2 lower & 2 upper berths per compartment). Dinner will be served at local restaurant.

Day 6HANOI - HALONG BAY OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D) - 2nd Apr

Hanoi to Haloing Bay (160 km)
You will arrive in Hanoi early this morning. Pick up from the train station and then you will be transferred to enjoy breakfast & refreshment at hotel.
After short rest, you will enjoy the 2.5 – 3.0 hrs drive to Halong Bay. Arrive at the jetty in Halong City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. You will be welcomed onboard and lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay. In the afternoon, enjoy activities (depending on the boat’s itinerary) or spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board. Overnight in Halong bay.

Day 7HALONG BAY - HANOI - FLY TO SIEM REAP (B/BR) - 3rd Apr

Enjoy the fresh morning in the middle of the bay as the sun rises .Breakfast will be served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruise slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards the port. Disembark and get transferred straight to Noi Bai airport from Halon bay (160 kms) to take your flight from Hanoi to Siem Reap. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, transfer to check in to the hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Meals included- Breakfast or brunch.

Notes : Domestic flight from Hanoi to Siem Reap is not included. Flight should be from 20.00 onwards at night.

Day 8SIEM REAP - FULL DAY ANGKOR VISIT (B/L/D) - 4th Apr

After breakfast at hotel, explore South Gate of Angkor Thom known as Big Angkor, 3kms walled and moated royal city and was the last capital of the Angkorian Empire.
The famous Bayon Temple was an architectural muddle, in part because it was constructed in a somewhat piecemeal fashion for over a century. Terrace of the Elephants is an impressive, two and a half meter tall, 300-meter-long terrace wall adorned with carved elephants that spans the heart of Angkor Thom in front of Baphuon – huge temple mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom, Royal Palace Area and Phimeanakas -impressive rite and sandstone pyramid.
Terrace of the Leper King is at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants, a double terrace walls with deeply carved nag as demons and other mythological beings.
Last you will visit Ta Prohm temple which is a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty! Giant trees have grown here for centuries. Lunch will be at a local restaurant!
In the afternoon visit Angkor Wat temple, the founder of the temple was Suryavarman II who reigned Cambodia from 1113 to 1152 and built the five towers in the 12th century to dedicate to the Hindu God Vishnu.
The plan of the pyramidal conception of the temple combined with spaces, alleys, ditches is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction. It is time to visit Pre Rup temple for a romantic sunset view. Towards the late evening spend time pub hopping at pub street and visit Angkor night market! Have dinner.

Day 9SIEM REAP - FLOATING VILLAGES (B/L/D) - 5th Apr

Morning, you will visit Floating Villages, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a ride in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap, the Great Lake of Cambodia and the largest in Asia. Here you’ll see plenty of examples of the Khmer way of life on the Tonle Sap. Then visit Wat Bo founded in the 18th century, a highly respected pagoda containing very unique wall paintings of the Reamker(Ramayana) that are said to be late 19th century. Lunch will be at a local restaurant.
Afternoon visit West Baray Big Pond, a “baray” is a water reservoir built by the ancient Khmer people.
We continue to one of the city’s lively open markets, Psar Chars, also called the “Old Market”, where anything and everything is for sale. Dinner and enjoy Apsara Show – the traditional Khmer dance and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 10SIEM REAP - DEPARTURE (B) - 6th Apr

Have breakfast at hotel and get ready for your departure flight. On the way to the airport depending on the time you will visit Puok, the real and original place of the Artisans d’Angkor silk, where you will see the full process of silk production . If you wish you can even purchase high quality silk souvenirs here.
With wonderful memories of the all women trip to Vietnam & Cambodia, you will arrive at airport for your departure flight! END OF SERVICES
